Hanshow’s comprehensive solutions showcased how its technology redefines the synergy between people, products, and places electronic shelf labels (ESLs), In-Store Marketing, In-store shopping and Green Energy Solutions — all integrated with SaaS platforms to support multiple retail scenarios including grocery, beauty, convenience, consumer electronics, and DIY stores.

The Hanshow Smart Cart, jointly developed with Scan & Go pioneer Shopreme, drew significant attention. Featuring precise in-store navigation, personalized promotions, and a built-in AI assistant, the solution helps retailers boost operational efficiency, optimize staffing, and deliver a next-level shopping experience.

In a showcase of local partnership, Hanshow collaborated with Singapore’s leading retailer, FairPrice Group (FPG), to recreate authentic in-store scenarios at its booth.  Visitors experienced real-time ESL-enabled pricing, dynamic content of digital signages, and the full Smart Cart journey - offering a vivid demonstration of Hanshow’s localization capabilities in Asia-Pacific.

Hanshow also participated in Microsoft’s thought leadership forum,“Revolutionizing Retail Stores in the AI Era”, which explored the potential of AI-powered Retail Media Networks (RMN). Eason Tong, Dean of Hanshow Retail Research Institute, delivered a keynote titled “Strategic Value and Trends of In-store RMN,” detailing how retailers can unlock new growth through the synergy between shifting consumer behavior, channel digitization, and the rising importance of in-store media.

Hanshow emphasized that ecosystem collaboration across platforms, partners and data touchpoints – is key to unlocking new revenue streams and co-creating customer value in the AI era.
