“Our third-quarter performance reflects the continued momentum of our global business and, more importantly, the value retailers place on practical, scalable digital transformation,” said Shiguo Hou, CEO of Hanshow. “As we move forward, our focus remains clear: strengthening our core business while extending our capabilities across connected store technologies, Store Digital Twin and intelligent applications. We see significant opportunity in bringing these capabilities together to help retailers better understand what is happening in their stores, respond more effectively and create measurable value at scale.”
Hanshow continued to see strong demand across its digital retail technology portfolio as retailers advanced store digitalization. During 2026, the company continued to expand its cooperation with leading retailers across international markets, further strengthening its global customer base and supporting the broader adoption of its digital retail solutions. Beyond its established store digitalization technologies, Hanshow also made progress in scaling its Smart Cart solution, with an initial deployment covering 10,800 systems across approximately 300 stores in Australia. The deployment extends Hanshow’s connected digital capabilities further into the in-store shopping journey.
Hanshow continued to expand its digital retail portfolio during the year. At NRF 2026, the company launched NexShelf, a next-generation intelligent shelf solution that combines high-precision product positioning, AI-powered analytics and open connectivity to improve real-time visibility and execution at the shelf. NexShelf also provides shelf-level data to support Hanshow’s broader Store Digital Twin framework.
The company also expanded its collaboration with Microsoft around Store Digital Twin. In June, Hanshow launched xPilot in collaboration with Microsoft at NRF 2026 APAC in Singapore, a real-time store execution AI assistant built on Hanshow’s Store Digital Twin technology and Microsoft Azure. In July, the two companies further deepened their collaboration through a strategic agreement covering Store Digital Twin, Microsoft Azure and joint go-to-market initiatives, strengthening Hanshow’s ability to connect real-time store data with scalable cloud capabilities and operational execution.
Looking ahead, Hanshow will continue to strengthen its global digital retail business while advancing Store Digital Twin, connected devices and intelligent applications, with a continued focus on practical execution and scalable deployment.
