Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the implementation of end-to-end sales operations such as sales forecasting in the region, contract orders, delivery and arrival, invoicing and payment collection;
2. Comprehensively and correctly understand the compliance requirements of the headquarters business process and strictly implement them, provide effective suggestions based on local business characteristics, and cooperate in formulating relevant specifications and operating standards, and implement them;
3. Organize and coordinate cross-departmental work with other teams; 
4. Complete the sales performance achievement analysis report according to the company's sales target and headquarters standards, and carry out process management;
5. Coordinate and communicate with customers, and deal with work and problems related to operations.

Job Requirements:

1. Professional background in finance, international trade and other majors is preferred;
2. Have internship experience in sales operations, understand basic sales operations related professional business, and have data analysis ability is preferred;
3. Have customer-oriented thinking, good at independent thinking and problem solving;
4. Good at communication and coordination, with team spirit;
5. Have a high sense of responsibility, result-oriented, and have a certain ability to work under pressure;
6. Proficient in the use of OFFICE office software, familiar with ERP and other system operations;
7. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English.
